Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Project Brain Pro. This policy explains how refunds work depending on how you purchased your subscription.

1. Desktop App (Windows) — Paddle

Purchases made through our desktop app are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all refund requests for desktop subscriptions.

2. iOS App — Apple In-App Purchase

Subscriptions purchased through the iOS App Store are managed by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

3. How to Request a Refund

For desktop (Paddle) refunds, email us at avenorsupport@gmail.com with your order ID and reason. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days.

4. Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future charges. You retain Pro access until the end of the paid period.
